Tray with Dividers

An open tray with a grid of equal compartments, for screws, beads, type or anything small. The dividers cross-halve, and every divider has tabs through the walls and the floor, so the whole thing holds together without glue.

Cutting and assembly

You get a ZIP with a DXF and an SVG. Engraving is black, inner cuts are blue, outlines red and part names green, so LightBurn imports them as separate layers in the right order. Sizes are net - set the kerf in your laser software, not here. Build the floor and walls dry, cross the dividers, drop the grid in with its tabs in the floor, then press the walls onto the side tabs.
