1. About the Service

Moxie3D (https://moxie3d.com) is operated by Kohls RCM Paweł Kohls, Lechicka 59, 61-619 Poznań, Poland, NIP: 5542524133.

We provide an online platform for generating 3D models using a credit-based system.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using moxie3d.com, you agree to these Terms.

3. Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information.

4. Credits

  • Credits are purchased in packages and added to your account balance.
  • Credits have no expiry date unless stated otherwise.
  • Credits are non-transferable and have no monetary value.

5. Digital Goods — No Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered with your express consent before the withdrawal period expires.

By initiating a generation, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to generate illegal content, infringe intellectual property rights, or attempt to abuse or exploit the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

Generated 3D models are provided for your personal and commercial use. Our platform, branding, and technology remain our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Poznań, Poland.
