Divider Tray

An open plywood tray with slotted walls and removable dividers that lean back. For cards, index cards, envelopes or records. Set columns, slot spacing and lean.

Divider Tray

A tray for things that stand on edge. The walls have open slots every few millimetres, leaning back at the angle you choose, and the dividers sit in them on small tabs, so you can move or pull them out. Several columns are split by fixed walls.

Cutting and assembly

You get a ZIP with a DXF and an SVG. Engraving is black, inner cuts are blue, outlines red and part names green, so LightBurn imports them as separate layers in the right order. Sizes are net - set the kerf in your laser software, not here. Assemble the floor and walls with the inner walls, then slide the dividers into the slots from above.
