Your number plate shrunk to a keychain. Type the registration and the country code, pick the colours of the frame, band, plate and lettering, and download a 3MF with the colours split for Bambu Studio and OrcaSlicer. The defaults look like a European plate; change the colours for any other.

Printing
Print it flat, face up, no supports. Five colours are easiest with an AMS. With a single nozzle, give the frame, band and plate one colour and print the characters in a second one.
