About this generator

Premium Keychain Plate uses the same engine as Custom Keychain, but packs up to 10 keychains onto a single build plate in one print. Each keychain has independent text, font and color set. Designed for bulk runs — birthday party favors, team merch, marketplace listings, school tags.

What you can change

• Per-keychain: text, font, layer 1 color, layer 2 color, plate thickness, text height. Edit each one independently in the sidebar Objects list.
• Plate layout: drag-and-drop in the 3D preview, or use Auto-Nest (Plate menu) to pack efficiently. The build plate overlay shows whether everything fits on your specific printer (Bambu A1, X1C, Prusa MK4, Voron 2.4 etc.).
• Build plate preset: pick from common consumer printers via the Plate menu. The plate size is reflected in real-time in the 3D scene.

Why a separate generator?

Single-keychain prints waste plate time — most of the bed sits unused. The Premium variant packs the entire plate in one print, slashing per-piece time and AMS swap overhead. Each keychain still gets its own filament color mapping in the 3MF export, so a 10-keychain run might use 4–5 distinct colors total, with the slicer auto-routing the swaps.

Bulk print tips

• Stick to 2–3 distinct color pairs across all keychains — fewer AMS swaps = faster print
• Keep all keychains in the same orientation (default) for a clean multi-color slice
• For a Bambu A1 (256×256 mm), 10 keychains at 60×25 mm each fit comfortably with 5 mm spacing
• Use Auto-Nest to start, then nudge manually if you want a specific layout
