About this generator
A stand that holds an item at the angle you choose. The item sits on a ledge square to the back, so it rests flat instead of on one edge, and there is room under it for a charging plug. Ribs, two cross bars and a back plate slot together without glue.
What you can change
- Material - 3 to 6.35 mm
- Width and ribs - 40 to 450 mm wide, 2 to 6 ribs
- Angle - a lean of 50 to 85 degrees and the length of the back
- Item - its thickness, the height of the ledge and the front lip
- Back - a full plate with a honeycomb, circle or diamond pattern, or just a top bar
Cutting and assembly
You get a ZIP with a DXF and an SVG. Engraving is black, inner cuts are blue, outlines red and part names green, so LightBurn imports them as separate layers in the right order. Sizes are net - set the kerf in your laser software, not here. Push the ribs into the cross bars, then set the back plate (or the top bar) onto the ribs. For a wide plate use three ribs or more.
