About this generator
A sturdy crate for the shelf or the workshop. The floor sits on raised feet, the short sides have handle cut-outs, and the walls can carry a honeycomb, circle or diamond pattern. Add dividers if you need compartments.
What you can change
- Material - 3 to 6.35 mm
- Size - 80 to 600 mm wide and deep, 50 to 400 mm high
- Feet - 0 to 40 mm, 0 for a flat bottom
- Handles - width, height and distance from the top edge
- Pattern - honeycomb, circles or diamonds, with cell size and rib width
- Dividers - columns and rows, height, pattern on them or not
Cutting and assembly
You get a ZIP with a DXF and an SVG. Engraving is black, inner cuts are blue, outlines red and part names green, so LightBurn imports them as separate layers in the right order. Sizes are net - set the kerf in your laser software, not here. Fit the walls together dry, cross the dividers if you have them, then slide the floor in from below so all the tabs go home.

Crate with Handles - plywood, on feet, with a cut-out pattern exports as DXF, SVG. STL works in any slicer (Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer, PrusaSlicer, Cura). 3MF preserves multi-color metadata for AMS / MMU-equipped printers.
